Questions? We've got Answers!
I've never had a mobile nail service before, how does it work? Do I need to prepare anything?
We at Triangle Nails provide it all, and can transform any room into your own spa experience. If water is needed for your service(s), please have a tub or sink available for use. We supply towels, tables, chairs, floor coverings, and everything else needed to eliminate your stress and ensure a professional service.
I am concerned about sanitation. How can I be sure that everything is clean and bacteria free? What is your procedure?
Your concern for cleanliness is understandable and not taken lightly. Sanitation is our highest priority here at Triangle Nails and we take it very seriously. The most effective way we can avoid any spread of bacteria is by using professional spa tubs with disposable liners. Improper cleaning of pedicure tubs is the leading cause of fungal infections in most salons. With our disposable liner system we eliminate that problem at the source. Each client is given a new liner with every service. Also, every client is provided a brand new foot file, nail file, and buffer. No tool is reused, and we sanitize all our metal implements with hospital grade disinfectant Barbicide. We also provide clean and disposable towels. All technicians wear masks for entire service.
What types of products do you use?
When it comes to nail lacquers, we use only OPI brand polishes. Our Gel polish is a mixture of OPI and Gelish colors. We also use Almond oil, Lavender oil, aloe vera, please let us know if you have any allergies.
What days/times can I make an appointment
Appointments are available 7 days a week, however every week is different. We typically start appointments at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm, but we are flexible and try our best to work within our clients schedules. Late night and after hours appointments are available for an additional charge of 15-20% per service.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens and things come up beyond our control. We do not take deposits for appointment, but strongly ask that you give us as much notice as possible If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

Did you know?
Why are your prices higher than the nail salons I normally frequent?
We felt the need to address this question as we know some of you may want to know the answer. First off, cleanliness. We are not accusing any salons out there, but being clean costs money, a lot of money. At some point if a service is priced too low, then chances are something is being sacrificed, and usually it's some aspect of cleanliness. It's all about what looks good on the outside and hiding what's happening behind the scenes. We don't play that game. We use only quality products and our sanitation standards are never compromised. Secondly, we dont skimp and we certainly don't rush. We take our time and make sure every client is comfortable and receiving the best service possible. Lastly, there is a lot more physical work involved with a mobile salon. We are the ones coming to you. We are the ones who get stuck in traffic and have to adjust our travel just to make sure we arrive to you on time. We also have to deal with a variety of weather conditions and transport heavy equipment from one location to another. We are a high end salon and proud to call ourselves professionals. We are licensed technicians and have spent years honing our craft and perfecting our skills. We've worked hard to make our mobile services as affordable as possible. We believe our pricing is fair and our services reflect the value of which you receive.
